Pricing for the Honda Talon has hit the internet, and the new sport side-by-side from Honda will start at $19,999.
Two flavors of the Honda Talon will be available, the Talon R and Talon X, with the biggest differences being width and suspension tuning.
The Talon X is the cheaper model, starting at one dollar less than $20,000. The X is 64 inches wide and designed for precise manoeuvrability and handling. Suspension travel on the X is also less than the R, with 14.6-inches of travel in the front and 15.1-inches in the rear.
The Honda Talon R is meant for going fast over the large whoops, and for that you’ll pay a little more, with prices starting at $20,999. The R is 68.4-inches wide and packs 17.7-inches of suspension travel up front and 20.1-inches in the rear.
The Talon’s most direct competitor from Polaris is the RZR XP 1000, which sells for $18,599. The Polaris makes 110 horsepower where as the Talon makes 104 hp, and the RZR also has more travel than the X with 16 inches in the front and 18 inches in the rear.
We can’t wait to get behind the wheel of the Honda Talon to see if it lives up to our expectations and the hype. What do you think about the price? Let us know in the comments below.
