Honda and Industrial Moto introduce a small utility Project GUS sidecar that compliments a Honda Grom mini-bike. The Honda Grom is a small multi-purpose motorcycle that is powered by a single-cylinder 125cc engine.
What do you do if you want to bring more gear with you for an overnight or weekend trip? This is where this Project GUS sidecar comes in.
GUS stands for “Grom Utility Sidecar”. It’s a tube frame design that can be used for cargo. It can be converted to an extra seat in a pinch. You can accessorize it with additional lights and mounts for fishing pole, shovel, ax, and other camping gear.
The GUS kit is listed at a $1,600. The company says it’s relatively easy to attach or detach the sidecar to and from your Grom.
While we don’t have a video review of the Honda Grom yet, here is a recent review of a BMW R 1250 GS Adventure.
