The Bollinger B1 and B2 finally have a price and it won’t come cheap.
The company has set the MSRP at $125,000 for both the B1 SUV and the B2 pickup truck. Bollinger says that production will begin sometime in 2020 with the first vehicles making it to customers by 2021.
Production will be handled by a third party, though Bollinger has yet to announce exactly who will be building the truck. When we spoke with Robert Bollinger, he suggested that a deal is in the works, though nothing is finalized yet.
These electric off-road machines are powered by 120 kWh battery pack, capable of driving this truck up to 200 miles on a single charge. Charge times stretch to 10 hours on a 220v service, while a level three fast charger can get the B1 and B2 back to 80 percent charge in about 75 minutes.
The most unique feature of these trucks has to be the pass through in the belly, allowing you to haul 16-foot boards with both the front and rear tailgate closed.
