During the reveal event for the all-new Tesla Cybertruck, Elon Musk also revealed an all-electric ATV which he says will be for sale.
Sadly, no actual specifications for the ATV were revealed besides Tesla CEO Elon Musk confirming on Twitter that the Cyberquad will be real and will be available at first as an option for Cybertruck buyers.
One of the reasons why details on the Cyberquad weren’t revealed is because it appears the unit used at the event was actually a Yamaha Raptor 700 underneath new plastic cladding. That is speculation fuelled by photos posted to the Twitter account of automotive journalist Bozi Tatarevic.
Tesla also confirmed that the Cybertruck will be able to charge the Cyberquad thanks to both 110V and 240V outlets in the bed. And thanks to the photo, we can see that the Cybertruck will have a deployable ramp in the tailgate, allowing it to pickup the Cyberquad at any time.
While the Cyberquad might not quite be a real thing yet, we’re sure that Tesla can put together an all-electric ATV before the truck is slated to begin deliveries in the Fall of 2021.
